May 14th kicked off Small Business week in SF.
As an entrepreneur and small business owner, this week is like a weeklong Thanksgiving.
Entrepreneurs from miles around all descend on the city to share their bounty and give thanks to the revenue gods.
The festivities kicked off at the Metreon where I met some companies doing incredible things for small businesses such as offers to record a free radio ad if you open a small business account with Comcast.
Wouldn’t you know it! I ran into a woman who makes beaded crowns for every day wear! We chatted for a bit as I told her why I was there and about the Ms. Wheelchair California Leadership Institute.
We exchanged information to work on a later project together
and she even gifted me signed a copy of her book.
